ATC Brokers is committed to identifying, preventing, and managing conflicts of interest that may arise in the course of providing services to our clients. This policy outlines our approach to handling such conflicts.
Conflicts of interest may arise between the Company and its clients, between employees and clients, or between different clients. We maintain procedures to identify these conflicts at all levels of the organisation.
Examples include situations where the Company or an employee may benefit financially at the expense of a client, or where one client's interests conflict with another's.
We employ organisational and administrative controls to manage conflicts, including information barriers, separate supervision of relevant personnel, and the removal of direct links between remuneration and specific transactions.
Where conflicts cannot be fully managed, we will disclose the nature of the conflict to affected clients before proceeding with the relevant transaction or service.
Where our arrangements to manage conflicts are insufficient to ensure with reasonable confidence that risks of damage to a client's interests will be prevented, we will clearly disclose the general nature and sources of the conflict before undertaking business on the client's behalf.
We maintain records of all services and activities in which a conflict of interest entailing a material risk of damage to one or more clients has arisen or may arise. These records are reviewed regularly.
